Kill the case!

Kill all cases! Don’t go for case.  Ask instead why that could happen then – conditions, frame, resources, knowledge, people – what can be repeated?

The idea of following a case is the thought possible repetition and rational decision. A lot of decisions are made on chance, opportunity, sudden large amount of resources, the right people in the right room, the right persons with the right charisma.

But that is NOT what they tell you when you hear someone presenting a case. They talk from the rational point of view .- what they did, how they did it, rational decision and thought, surveys, leadership….etc. It might be true, but the risk of it all being mumbojumbo is 50/50 as long as they aren´t concerned with the coherence between decisions and action.

Rember to ask or kill the case
