Danish football has management problems

Why doesn’t DBU use the opportunity of the soccernut to make some great PR.

The Danish soccernut or fieldrunner stopped a match when the national team play at home in Denmark. He tried to hit the umpire has been sentenced to pay 1,9 mill Danish kr. Now the danish national soccerteam wants to support the soccernut by donating money to the poor guy. But they are not allowed to, says the Danish Soccer Union.

But why not? Is it going THAT great for Danish soccer – Ok, he made a BIG mistake, but wouldn’t it be nice and great publicity to having the entire team to forgive him, where it all took place and show how great danish sportsmanship is. Give him a year as a mascot or make him paint the white stripes, 1,9 mill Danish kr. come on… we can do better, we are better.

Which leader doesn’t see that opportunity?
